1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days for a refund/store credit if items are unused and in original packaging.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days with photos and order number.

Return Shipping:
- Customer pays for change-of-mind returns
- Dealmartx covers shipping for faulty/incorrect items

Non-returnable Items: Opened consumables, personal care products (clearly marked on product page).

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us ASAP at support@dealmartx.com.au.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are in AUD and include GST. Payments via Shop Pay and PayPal.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Your data is stored securely and never sold.

We use SSL encryption and do not store full credit card details.
